Restore Access

For the emergency cases or just prolonged absence with a loss of password, the platform allows to restore the access to account. It is enough to select the option “Forgot password?” and proceed with the site requests of writing the linked e-mail address, verifying the request and creating new password combination. When everything is ready, just make the regular login with newly assigned password to continue managing the ongoing deals.

Every registered user has the demo account active since the beginning, along with the real one that is unlocked later. So, it is enough to type in the e-mail and password, or select the social network linked in a usual way to get redirected to the account’s dashboard.

There, the pop-up message will appear for either enabling the practice account or topping up the deposit for real practice. Login with Gmail

Due to automated logging in, especially on mobile devices with Android, the Google account is a popular alternative for instant entering the system. Usually, the user just have to select one out of several accounts there are in the list, and the platform automatically connects the attached trading account.

Login with Facebook

Another alternative for instant login is introduced by Facebook services. The trader just needs to confirm during the first account creation the consent for using the profile data and go to the ready dashboard settings. Later, the synchronization with the social networks takes a couple of seconds with no additional actions to log the user in IQ Broker system.
